Poached eggs and Canadian bacon on toasted English Muffins, topped with our own hollandaise sauce. Served with home fries or fresh fruit.

Black Forest Ham & Cheese Boat:
Fresh roasted vegetables, tomato sauce, diced ham and eggs in a casserole topped with mornay sauce then oven-baked. Served with home fries and toast.

Quiche of the Day:
Served with a garnish of seasonal fresh fruit

Eggs Nantua:
Halved tomatoes filled with poached eggs and crabmeat, then topped with hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Served with home fries and toast.

Pastry & Seafood Egg Breakfast:
Vol-au-Vent shells filled with sautéed onions, green peppers, bacon, shrimp, crabmeat and eggs, then topped with mornay sauce and shredded provolone cheese. Served with tomato slices and grapes.

Pano’s Corned Beef Hash:
Served with two eggs, home fries, and buttered toast.

Croissant & Eggs:
Buttered croissant topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, and melted American cheese. Served with fresh fruit or home fries.

Steak & Eggs:
Two eggs and an 8 oz. strip steak served with home fries and buttered toast.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin & Eggs:

Shirred Eggs a’la Reine:
